Do I need to be a licensed plumber to apply?
Not for every role. We hire master plumbers, journeymen, apprentices, and helpers. If you're new to the trade, we'll train the right candidate from the ground up.
What does an apprentice plumber earn at Alliance?
Apprentice wages vary based on experience but are competitive with the Kalamazoo-area market for the trade. Plus we cover training time and pay for state-required apprenticeship hours.
